From the app

Open Settings → Help and send your question with a reply email address or phone number. Tavi records your request, confirms receipt, and staff replies by email or phone.

Account access

Use the email address and sign-in method for your existing account. Email/password users can choose password recovery from the sign-in screen. Do not send us your password, verification code or private signing link.

Privacy and deletion

You can request account deletion in your browser without reinstalling the app. Read our Privacy Policy for information, retention and other privacy requests.

Your sale

For transaction-specific advice, deadlines or the terms of a signed agreement, contact the licensed professional identified in your sale documents. Account deletion does not cancel an agreement or sale.
