Delete your Tavi account

Tavi is operated by Mattingly Media LLC. You can request deletion here from your browser, without downloading or reinstalling the app.

What happens next

Your receipt confirms the request, its reference and expected completion date. Your account has not been deleted merely because a request was received. We process requests within seven days and email you when account removal is complete.

What is removed

We remove the sign-in account and associated personal account data that we do not need to retain, ending access through that account. Applicable provider access and copies held for us are addressed during fulfillment.

What may remain

Transaction and signing records that must be kept remain confidential under the applicable recordkeeping rules. Deleting an account does not cancel a sale or agreement, revoke a completed signature, or delete another Seller's records. Read retention and required transaction records for the details, including Kentucky's five-year brokerage-record requirement.

You can initiate the same request in the Tavi app under Settings → Delete account.
